Each session tackles a specific rule that tends to trip learners up — we cover the theory clearly, work through examples together, and practise with exercises so the rule actually sticks. Just practical grammar, explained the way it's really used in French.

The French Pronunciation Workshop
One hour, one sound, one goal. Each session focuses on a specific aspect of French pronunciation — a tricky sound, a rhythm pattern, or a liaison rule — so you can go deep rather than skim the surface. We start with a short explanation of how the sound works and why it's difficult, then move into listening exercises, guided repetition, and small group practice. By the end of the session, you leave with concrete tools to keep practising on your own.

The French dictée
A classic French exercise, reimagined for language learners. Each session, a short authentic text is read aloud at natural speed — you write, you listen, you self-correct with my explanations. Then we go through the text together, unpacking the spelling rules, the tricky agreements, and the expressions worth remembering. Challenging, satisfying, and surprisingly fun. Two levels available, with different texts adapted to your stage.

Le café actu
A virtual coffee and an hour of real French conversation around the news. Each session, I'll guide you through a recent article or news story — we unpack the vocabulary in context, then discuss, debate, and react together. Feel free to bring a story you've come across that week and want to share with the group. No preparation needed, just show up and speak. A relaxed but stimulating way to stay connected to current French and build the fluency that textbooks can't teach.

For the course to be confirmed, we need at least 2 students enrolled. If the course is cancelled, we will inform you 24 hours in advance and give you a refund. Once the course has been confirmed, we cannot issue refunds for absentees.
