✅ General Terms & Conditions For Membership Plans (Essential or Premium) 🗓️ Class Frequency & Holidays - You will attend one group conversation class per week, at a fixed time. - Your subscription includes 4 sessions per month. - The price includes 6 scheduled breaks (for holidays or teacher breaks) throughout the year. These are evenly distributed and do not reduce the monthly fee. 💳 Payment & Cancellation - Your membership is billed monthly and renews automatically. - You can cancel anytime – cancellation will apply to the next month. No refund is issued for the current month once payment is confirmed. - Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable once the month has started. 🔁 Missed Classes - If you miss a session, it is not refundable or reschedulable. - You may inform your teacher in your private group space. 👥 Class Access - Your seat is guaranteed as long as your subscription is active. - In case of low attendance (only 1 participant), you may be offered: > to join another group, or > a refund for the missed class/classes.
